Well with the Thunderhawk it hardly seems Comstar/Wobbie to utilise C3i on such a unit. Also a 2.5 ton item like the C3i is quite hard to fit on the units without seriously heavy customisation. You would have to list the changes made to fit these items before further opinions could be formulated except the unit is pathetically slow and in that a lack of good flanking ability to produce a nice range bracket in areas where it could possibly hurt a force. An example if you must customise a unit would be a Non-ecm Cappellan force consisting of fast units like Ti-tsang and Men Shen, improving on a fast chassis for at least two of the units would allow you this flexibility.
