If an Inner Sphere 'Mech equips a Beagle Active Probe, Guardian ECM Suite and Stealth Armor, then flips on the Stealth Armor what happens?
Does it still suffer as if in an ECM field?
Does the BAP still function for detection?
Does the 'Mech still suffer a to-hit penalty?
Can the 'Mech still use the BAP to negate effects on it I.E. it's Artemis IV from another ECM equipped 'Mech?
Does Angel ECM Suite or Bloodhound Active Probe affect anything with regards to Stealth Armor in use or effectiveness?

Stealth armor retains its penalties regardless of being in an ECM field. It only goes away if the stealthed 'Mech's own ECM is destroyed by a critical hit.
As I recall, a unit with its ECM on for its stealth armor does hamper its active probe. It's hard to be actively scanning and stealthy.
