I don't think there are Clan RACs, atelast not Level 2 tech ,and that I am aware of.

Clan RACs are the same thing as IS RACs, except that Clan RACs are level 3 (or level 2 if you're in the UK. Urgh.)

There are Clan RACs but they are a MECHFORCE UK weapon set. For them these are Level 2 items, for us it is assumed that they are Level 3.

Actually, the Clan (UK) RACs are quite different than the I.S. (FASA) RACs. First, the I.S. only has RAC/2 and /5s, while the Clans add /10s and /20s. The Clan version /2 is a ton lighter but 1 crit bigger than the I.S. version, while the /5 is the same mass but a crit less. What is really different is the range, though. While the I.S. /2 only goes out to 18 hexes, the Clan version goes to 27 (!), in fact the Clan RAC/10 has the same range as the I.S. RAC/2! ;-)
