A more C-Bill friendly variant of the Chasqui. Losing the XL and being brought to a 5/8/5 with Standard Jump Jets, this Chasqui mounts the same 10.5 tons of Standard Armor along with 4 Heavy Machine Guns and 2 Medium Lasers. Lacking the ECM and BAP of it's prior variants this version still mounts the Searchlight. Half of a ton of Ammo feed the Heavy Machine Guns, giving enough for 25 firings. This variant is well suited to Urban Warfare and crowd control, being cheap and easy to afford, making a great garrison 'Mech. The Medium Lasers provide some punch at range against vehicles or light Mechs. This Chasqui costs roughly a third of the cost of the prior 2.
