how do you get the expasion packs to work i all ready down loaded the patch and their still not working

Which expansion packs are you talking about? And do you mean MW4:Vengeance or MW4:Mercs?

Ok, are you trying to install the official MS Clan and Inner Sphere Mech Paks, or the map paks? The mech paks should load by themselves and they have the newest patch included. The maps need to be extracted to your mw4/resources folder.
