I know how to navigate at the main screen. But once I started a contract and launch the mission I don't know what to do. Can someone help me?

Each mission has defined objectives, which you can bring up by hitting "O". Essentially, all you have to do each time is get to the next Nav point, blow up everything there, then move to the next Nav point.

Eh...I don't follow. You might have a bug if you can't launch the mission; I'd suggest contacting Activision or Microsoft for more information.

Here is what I said. I meant when I put all my mechs into the lances I choose a mission at the CONTRACTS. Once I was done with that I clicked LAUNCH. Then I get to the deployment page (the map) I don't know what to do from there.

I honestly have no idea what yu're talking about. Honestly, I'd suggest going to a Computer Games board, one run by Activision or Microsoft. It's been a while since I played any of the MW computer games; this site and this board was dedicated to the BattleTech board game, not the computer games.
Honestly, I found the games to be interely intuitive, so I don't even have any idea what you're trying to get across.

Are you taliking about "Mech Commander", or are you talking about "Mech Warrior 4 Merceneries" cause you said "Lance". So could you be more specific about wich game your talking about
