Seeing how recent changes will make keeping an elite military as a defensive force impossible, I am selling this for good finally. An old empire, the name was famous in the early days of Neveron. Almost all if not even all of the 539 soldiers in it have 3-5 multies on every stat (old style empire wide multipliers).
