I just started playing BTech and don't have access to my gm's books and I was wondering, under internal structure armor values where it says center torso 8 12/4 what do the numbers stand for?

8 = the internal structure boxes in that location.
12 = front armour boxes in that location
4 = rear armour boxes in that location
limbs do not have front and rear armour, instead the armour is 'inclusive' (before you ask) so this would only be torso locations.
