Empire Sale

I'm considering selling my level 6 empire (Darkfire Inc.) which is in a stable faction and has a big ole chunk of cash on hand (1bill).
It's a level 6, teetering on the edge of level 7. I've maintained a healthy Pop:BV ratio, with BV in the lead. Morale is rather low (0-2), but right now because of my non faction warring maintenance penalty of Low, Daily Net Cash Flow Subtotal= 1,090,167.
The empire has very large vehicle (roughly 3~ batts) defenses in place, four lances of mechs (some are trainers)and limited tower capabilities.
Research is very high, and Jeep-LRM will finish in 5 nevdays, and the SCP-1 design is now researchable. It comes with 2 pirate TP also  . Limited factory infrastructure, but Jeep-MG is also researched.
That's about all I can think of, there are three core cities that are very well defended, and it can go either way as an attacker or a research/infra farm.

Alright, sorry.
I was actually wanting cash since this is pretty much my only empire and I'm looking to stop playing neveron (don't have the time).
About 100dp has gone into the empire, (not mine), but I doubt that this will sell for quite that much.
Alright I'll list a few more stats-
44k pop in three cities- three more tiny cities that I've never taken back from the pirates (no time)
46k BV-
Top Mechs- Shogun, Black Knight, Thug, Warhammer, Marauder (not 4a, sorry), Orion, and Crusader (plus a few others that aren't so noteworthy
Vehicles- Lots and lots of cockatrices, hunters, scorpions, strikers, a scattering of guardians and a lance of snipers and ripostes. The vehicle defense is spearheaded by assault lance of a Von Luckner, Manticore, Ontos-LRM, and a few LRM-Carriers.
Like I said, Jeep-LRM research has just completed and I'll leave those facilities open. Research is probably in the neighborhood of 1RP every RL day (that's a very rough estimate).

So far the best offer is $55, and I'll be selling it for that much tomorrow night.
I've had a pretty good time on Nev, and goodbye to all my ole buddies on these forums.
