Specialized Training for Veh and Mech?

Was just thinking that for Veh and Mechs you can some times get some pretty lopsided training results (ie: personally i have a scorp A1 with like 3 gunnery and 8 piloting still!) so i was thinking that if a unit's stats are too spread out (ie: greater than 3 from each other?) they could be put in for specialized training to double the chances of improving the stat they are worse in instead of the usual generalized training which might ultimatly give you a mech warrior with 0 gunnery and 8 piloting or something crazy like that (which isnt likly to happen in that much of an extreme, but hey, anything is possible)
Just an idea, kinda a newb still so not sure how effective this would really be in the long term
obviously, this would be usless for inf as they have only 1 skill heheh

Shh don't suggest it, we may get halved chances of the better skill improving instead.
