At the beginning I declared war on a neighbouring empire because I experimented with attacking zones. With the recent changes I cant create buildings anymore because Im still at war with that special empire. my question: Is there a way to quickly end the war without loosing tons of cash or am I forced to attack the empire till he surrenders so that I can create buildings again to let my empire grow ? thx for the help! But I guess that the latter case won't apply for you, so you gotta surrender that guy, I'm afraid :-). Good hunting.
