they don't need to be uber pilots in uber mechs. even in a gun 1 or 0 shee only three of the light mechs will get into close range.

Tigera. Do NOT single out HoC for GBing anymore. You're starting to piss me off. In the last war, I had 6 dow's on my empire. 6 LW emps, mercs, with lots of pretty DP toys. None of them got the job done. Two of them surrendered to me, and my emp killed at least 3 level 6 mech/SNP batts. GBing means nothing if your oponent has some damn skill which aparently you do not.
And if you think that's just one example? Lets go back to the FWAR where NC FDOW'd UDC on Christmas. Yeah, my level 6 got hit by 7 damn empires. So piss off with your HoC GB's crap. Oh, I kept my entire attack force and all my infra there too(well this time my infra got nuked).
Toontje as to why I'm not pissed about being nuked:
We won the war. Honestly, we beat them so bad it was great. My emp had already fought off 6 DP whore empires(not that I don't have DP mechs in other empires myself  ). Nothing surrendered Republican Guard short of a Nuclear weapon. It had done it's job.
Also, they didn't even kill my attack force. So as soon as I'm out of surrender I will have no problem taking more infra from a gracious donator.
So to recap:
Tigera shut up.
We won, so who cares if I lost 22k pop and some easily replaced tanks.

its simple you do a 3 point formation around the mech unlike the table top you can only shoot at one target at a time. most of my light pilots are -2 -2 this dep on the terrain and the player and if i get lucky with the rear armor hits. bottom line i will most likely lose 1 mech and have 2 badly damaged but in the end unless its some cheese dick dp mech it will fall. i will let a 130 mil worth of mechs die to take down a 300 mil or better asslt mech all day

My intent was not to single anyone out as being the only group that GBs and i do not recall saying that they are the only ones who do it . If I had been attacked by anyone other than HoC I might be able to use them for an example but I have not been attacked by anyone other than HoC . I was simply stateing what my experiance has been so if you can't deal with that ..... piss off .
As far as skill goes , I am sure that I am not the best stratagy player in this game so you sad personal attack really does not bother me . I would venture a guess that skill had little to do with your success and me getting my butt kicked . GBs mean a hell of alot if you are fighting yourself . How many BPers did you have fighting for you ? I fought all by myself , and after a 12 hour stretch on-line where I surrendered two empires I went to bed only to find that I got hit by another empire about an hour after I got off-line . I AM NOT saying that HoC is the only group that uses such chicken s**t tactics and I am not saying that it is the only way they can win . I am just saying that is what happened both times I have been attacked .
While I can say that I fought off these attacks or I got my butt kicked , all you can say is that your faction/alliance fought off attacks for your empire , which is not you and your "skill" . Kinda different .
So to recap , If you do not like what I have to say , feel free to use that little button that says "ignore" . If your game experiance has been different than mine I am happy for you but don't try to bully me into not giving my opinion just because you do not agree with me . If HoC (or anyone)doesn't want people saying they GB then stop doing it .

You have mentioned your being gangbanged by HoC numerous times now that it is extremely old and boring. Uhmm...it appears that your intent was to single HoC out, you may say otherwise, but you do seem like you were "again" singling them out.
This topic is/was about the use of nukes and the use of nukes on HoC etc. Yet, you found it so compelling to try and pour salt on a wound by adding "again" your being attacked by HoC via 3 empires.
The tone to which you write about your unfortunate incident taints a picture of HoC being the one's and only to do such crimes. You continually write the same old comments about you being gangbanged in the oddest of places and it gives the appearance that your intent is to smear the name of HoC and its players.
Your constant use of them (and them only) is what made Li_Ra pissy. This was about nukes and you made it about you. Well congrats about your ability to write about you being gangbanged by HoC. Seems you don't have too many friends to help bp for you. Not Li_Ra's fault. I believe he does have plenty of friends/allies to assist him.
So to recap....if anyone doesn't like what you say...instead of using that little button called ignore...they should press that little button that says "reply".
Cause it seems that Li_Ra pressed that "ignore Tigera" button far too long.

It appears that my original post did not convey the point I was trying to make . If you read some of the older posts in this thread several comments were made about how much skill it takes to drop a nuke . I was addressing the skill comments and how different skills make themselves apparent during gameplay , at least that was what I intended . I was not trying to add insult to injury or smear anyone regardless of what you or anyone else thinks .
As far as "singleing out" HoC . As I stated in my original post , I have not had to engage anyone else . Should i use an example about how everyone else does the same thing when i do not have personal experiance with anyone else ? Should i make something up ? If you read the original post I believe I said that I didn't think they were the only ones to do it and that I was not saying that they were the only ones to do it . I agree I can tend to be a little vague when i post but I do try to get my point across . I also didn't realize that I was making such a point to bitch about HoC . I will be more aware of it in the future .
You are correct however , this thread was about nukes and if i did not convey the point I was trying to make I will try again . Nukes are a valid tactic , chicken s**t , but valid . If HoC gets hit with one it is ok by me . if SoL get hit with one , great . If the clan gets hit , more power to the attacker . It is a valid tactic regardless of who is the target .

I went back and re-read this thread and I was wrong . I thought that i said that i hear everyone uses GBing and that it doesn't matter who does it , it is CS . Hearing rumors and having first hand experiance are not the same thing . What I posted was that I wasn't sure if it was intentional or not . Guess I just thought about typing it .
With the new nuke rules it will be interesting to see if any more of them are used and how well the DP defense systems work out if they are used . Seems like a waste to me when you could use the DP to just buy a new empire since the price has gone through the floor since SOI has gone into effect . A thousand DP will go a long ways when it comes to buying another empire .
