CLASS HELP PLEASE

Ok so Im in another war with some guy who invaded my empire! I won a battle against him and have now decided to take the fight to him! I became a merc because they are able to claim zones that are non-adjacent for 10mill instead of 25mill. But it still says it costs 25 mill to buy the zone! Whats going on?

you needed to log out and log back in, I'll bet the problems solved by now.

This is correct, some changes require you to log out then back in to take effect. Seeing new BV and Class Points are both examples of these.
Some changes only take place at day change.
