Can a Cash transfer be delayed?

recently i was transfered a large sum of money from my fl, and it took around 9 real days to arive

I've never seen or head of a case where cash tranfers were not automatic. You may have had a delay in getting the message.

actually i got the message instantly, and it showed up in my history instantly, it just took 9 days to deposit itself in my empire funds, Tzu i asked my fl he said it was "The South American Bycicle Curriers Union"

Not a chance. They are instant transfers and there is no way could happen any other way.

I've lost track of the number of times I thought Nev had messed something up, only to find out I had missed something critical or failed to completely understand a specific system. I would also say I understand more about how Nev works than most.
In other words, don't be so quick to say WWS or Neveron is at fault.

eh, i dont care either way, i did eventually get the money, kinda hard to mess up a money transfer though
