Essentially 'C' mechs were actually IS mechs (generally 3025) that the clans ripped the IS weapons out of and replaced with Clan weapons.... that was it. No change of heat sinks, internal structure or anything else but weapons in a straight swap so some mechs ended up fairly light by comparison to their original.
Not even the wasteful clans (personal opinion) were going to waste more resources than those needed for the weapons to create garrison mechs for the short term.
that little bit of 'technicality' out of the way. Is the armour for a 100-ton Naga-son just a little light? Sure it is equivalent to the heavily armoured Charger SB but it still about 70 points off max so while 1 or 2 tons short of max armour is fine for a 100 tonner it is a bit too light in armour for my liking. I'd also gather those PPCs are ER PPCs or the plethora (gotta love that word) of Double Heat Sinks are far too excessive... even then creating a mech that has weapons that fires at different ranges only truly heat effective firing all weapons.... is it really that good? Personally I've enjoyed using the Vulture Prime just that it give you so many ways of delivering damage without the firing everything and not worry about heat.
While the first one has Combine influences I gather the second to be a comstar/wobbie (less likely wobbie) production due to the use of C3i?
It too is flawed to me as to the extensive use of clan technology for little advantage over what a IS unit will get. The Awesome AWS-9Q looks far more dangerous as a single unit than this one does. I don't know maybe these are your attempts at 3025-like mechs using the marriage of technologies? Fairly close if that is the case... though still not as bad as a Jagermech or Shadowhawk variant (h2d or something I think?)

ah actually the inner sphere 'c' thing was the setting TDB is at that i use i forogt to change it. I dont konw ok? i was just going for random designs. not fleshing things out just seeing how things stacked and the heat sink ting is my own bug I hate overheat if i can sink it enough to prevent it, then i do. i was tired and not paying super attention. these were just half designs. the wulf striker is a more stable design, though i expect someone to take it apart as well. i just tinker with figs outside of omg X makes X and only X can use it. If i see an effective weapon i work it in. I will figure out how to put artilliery cannons on something LESS then 50 tons, sooner or later just to see how it does.
