It is a Titan, from Warhammer 40K Epic, I believe. not a CBT or MW:DA mini. Still very cool though

I think it's called a Wolfhound or something. "Wolf" is involved in the name somewhere.
What that picture does not give you is an accurate sense of scale. Titans are for Epic 40K, but that model looks like it is the one they made for 40K scale, which is, I believe, around 30cm high. So unless you're playing with the UberHuge resin models FASA did way back when, it's probably not going to be in the correct scale to play.
I think the Epic 40K model may be closer in size to a 'Mech model, however. I really wouldn't quote me on that, though.
Yea, verily. Let it be known far and wide that Nightward loathes MW: DA. Indeed, it is with the BURNING ANIMUS OF A THOUSAND SUNS that he doth rage against it with.

Wolf Hounds are actually a bit sleaker, if I remember, and have paired lasers in either arm. they did/do make resin models of the Wolf Hound for use with 40K scale. You are correct, that pic gives no sense of scale. even if it is EPIC scale, it would likely be too big to use in CBT. maybe MW:DA would fit an EPIC scale titan.

This mech is a so called Warhound for Warhammer 40K (not epic). It's manufactured by "Forge World" what i think is some kind of subdivision of GamesWorkshop. They make some nice niche units and accessories for the GW product line but are even more expensive than the usual Games Workshop minis. The Warhound on your picture is 250mm/10.5 inches high and costs 280 British Pounds. Here is the link where you can find more Titans if you're interested:
