The current help system?

When was the last time that the help database was updated. I heard that the reason why the help system is so barren is because the playerbase is supposed to contribute matierials.
After going through most of the articles the vast majority are barren save for a few admin files. That needs to change. Its either it hasnt been updated or im missing somthing.

I think the real reason it is old is because the people that submitted stuff never got the compensation that was offered (dp). I could be wrong tho.

I still think it would be great if the Neveron community used the wiki here to develop the help system:
