what happens when you have no land?

What happens when you get beat back to one zone then it gets taken also? All my vehicles have been destroyed or are in Defector Haven zone (what ever that might be).

You can either claim a new zone somewhere, or start a new empire.

one city rule is not now, nor as it ever been, coded.
It's people's imagination and/or bugs if they think otherwise.
