Login Issues

Sorry to post here but I am unable to send a help ticket. Ever since 2-20 I have been unable to log in to neveron. IE just sits there for aprox a min trying to run login.asp and then I get the dreaded "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" Is anyone else having an issue? is there an email I can use to send in help ticket issues with my login?

are you on dail up or dsl?

Did you just level up from 0 to 1? If so, you need to install the nev activex control.

I've the got same problem. on dial up, tried 2 computers, and didn't just lvl up for 0 to 1.
Anyone help?

Cable modem and I have been level 2 for quite a long time. Nothing has changed significantly in my empire. I think it has something to do with the latest update.

Windows Vista Users: Those of you who have begun to use Windows Vista will find that the initial registration attempt will fail to register your login key. Simply click the link addressed to Vista users on the page or wait 20 seconds and the page will refresh and try a different method, which should work properly.

also IE 7 bogged my system down big time after i got rid of it no more problems. and it just wasnt on nev it was on everything.

Today it worked. I think it was just the DNS catching up from the down time of the NEveron ISA. Not sure, but it is all ok today
