Okay here's the Stealth Version, its a bit out of the box, made for plinking and then closing in for the kill.
Mass: 100 Tons
Engine: 300 Rated Standard

Armor: 19.5 tons of Stealth Armor
Same Armor Distribution w/ Case in both torsos
Weapons:
2 ER Large Lasers (LA, RA)
2 LB-2X Auto Cannons (LT, RT) with 1 ton of ammo each (Cluster)
1 Streak SRM 6 (LT) with one ton of ammo
4 Medium Pulse Lasers (LT, CT, H)
2 Heat Sinks (LA, RA)
1 Heat Sink (RT)
My Blurb:
This one is out of the box, but I meant for to be a sniper, and when things get wounded enough, and the other guys are pissed, you move in for damage, and you are certainly big enough to have it out with other mechs. It's slower then I wanted, but I did not want to go XL.

Oh yeah, I fixed the ECM problem, add in ECM to the LT, and downgrade the SSRM6 to a SSRM 4.

Not bad overall...about the same firepower at range as a standard Whammy, but better range and more accurate, with full heat control. The stealth capability could make it an awesome defensive weapon.
Not sure if it's more an upsized Whammy or a Rifleman on steroids...

Upsized Whammy is the general consent on Solaris and CBT.com... though they didn't like it all that much. I think of this as the 'Cappie' variant. And I'm sure you don't see LB-2Xs on assault mechs, that's what will truly throw people off.
