Does a player make a driving skill roll for a conventional vehicle driver to thwart getting that vehicle bogged down in a swamp/mud?

Hmm... Would bogging down not also depend on the speed that the unit was mobing at when it passed through the bog? A unit at high speed would probably have a lesser chance of bogging down than something moving slowly.
