No actually I'm 24 and disabled and neveronis my only relief from the fact I have a metal leg.
I know how he feels.
Yes I take it serious that when your disabled or sick like he is you NEED something to keep your spirts up. You think thats the time to strike, thats pathetic. I know people who play to keep their mind off the fact they are disabled, have cancer, terminal disease, and many other problems. Most of these people are peacefull and just enjoy the game. If they don't hurt you then leave their only escape from their horiable life alone.
I wouldn't expect your kind to understand.

Psychosis, I have to agree with Krynn. I can't call someone, who wants to attack someone who is badly sick, human. Atleast not a human with normal moral.
Krynn, your words was needed. There are many young people who are playing this game and don't respect sick emperors.

So what can you tell about me, Oh and if I could I would send my Mechs and Tanks into help defend the Emp in question granted that isn't much but it is a full company of 12 units with good pilots  . Now as for who I would say I allie with it's who ever I can help..

I really that you and everyone else here who post like you have. It really makes me feel good.
Maybe I do take this subject to seriously but I do know how he feels and I'd hate to come home from the hospitol again to see my main wiped out.
It was one of AD's secondaries and when the attacker was told whats going on he stoped. He didn't know and stoped, that made me feel so good for everyone who doesnt have good health and play peacefully to take 5 min from a life you pray would be diferent.

First off, I do consider myself ComStar. I do not support attacks which are motivated simply because the emperor has become incapacitated in RL and I do not believe that ComStar as a whole should be thought of in this way. That kind of attack is absolutely wrong. If the empire is targeted for some other reason however, then the attacker cannot be blamed, although it would be good etiquette to stop if they are informed of the emperor's RL status. Seriously though, if Neveron is your only escape from RL, you really need to find something to do  I mean, its a GAME, and while you may have good friends here, its no substitute for friends and family in real life. Anyway, best wishes to AD.

Well one thing I gotta say...
That attacker (anyone even know who it was?) prolly didnt even know that empire belonged to AD (just like I didn't know). And since it wasn't in the war log for very long (at least I didn't see that many attacks) it can't have been too devastating. Most likely someone told the guy what was going on and he backed off. I think this discussion is kinda moot. I don't think anyone in his right mind would knowingly attack an empire while the owner is in hospital. If not out of decency then out of the fact that he doesnt want to become hunted by everyone on nev...

Your kind? I resent that. No, I am not disabled, and to be perfectly honest, I am glad that is the case. However, I do know several people personally, who have various disabilities, and I respect each and every one of them for what they have to go through every day. If I have a chance to assist a disabled person, I do what I can for them. The only times that I will not willing and freely help a disabled person is when they have the attitude that because they are disabled, they are somehow better than everyone else, or that they have a right to preferential treatment. That just grates on my nerves, and gives the impression of a spoiled brat. And don't tell me that noone is like that, I have met several disabled people with that attitude. Thank goodness most of the disabled people I know are also some of the friendliest and most humble people I know.
As far as attacking an empire while the owner is in the hospital, I agree that hostilities should be suspended during that time. However, that doesn't mean I will immediately stop attacking someone if I am told the owner is in the hospital. It is too easy to ask a friend to say that. I may slow down my attacks, but ceasing altogether would depend on the story being verified, somehow.
As for vacations, if you go on vacation, your empire is still fair game as far as I'm concerned. I would hope you let someone else take care of it for you while you were gone. If empires who's owners were on vacation were made untouchable, hell, I'd go on vacation permanently.

It wasn't you I was talking to it was Psychosis. It wasn't a remark that people who are disabled are diferent or diserve preference. It was refering to Psychosis specificly, he is insulting, rude, and beliefs are that of someone who only cares for them selves.
He goes on about comstar but is surprised when he is wiped out when he is openly named comstar. That says something on its own. The comstar thing is good role play but don't be surprised to get hit or openly insult the actually people behind it, its roleplay he choses to involve himself in knowing damn well he will get hit yet insults after he does. Not in game role play but to the actuall people.
Then goes on that its a great time to hit AD when he has had a organ failure and isn't doing good at all. That says something else.
As for me if you really think all this is to say I should have diferent treatment, well talk to my friends here who have known me for a few years. Chet, Yoss, Gunner, Jamison, Baum, Hador, Meeper, and many others I have befriended or known in someway. Some we keep in contact outside of the game and we are verry diferent then our characters in game. I'm sure they will say I'm a decent guy. I'm not looking for as you say "I'm disabled so I deserve more then you". More of I know what AD is going through personally and leave him alone till he can get back.

I didnt say that at all Krynn. U are just becoming emotional. The attacks ceased along time ago. It is over lets just forget it ok? I suffer from manic depression and i know what its like to sit and stair at a wll ok.

Krynn, i didnt even bother to read the rest of that post. Hmm if u actually knew me u would know i am a very genuine person, i am none of the things u hav accused me of being and i think that after saying those things i have changed what i thought of u. I have been through alot in my life too, things u could never imagine my friend. I suffer from depression and everything that goes with it. I was argueing a point earlier and trying to see what was going on, now that we all know, the arguement has changed a little.

Yes i have though and it is kinda bad. But it is inevitable im afraid, i bet half the emps on nev wouldnt care about attacking a sick persons empire. That is why people should leave there emps in the care of friends. And i can say, i personally have never carried out attacks of this kind. But i was just stating a fact about the goerge bush thing - and it is logical is it not?? This is a forum - it is for talking having discussions etc.

I have sumthing else to say which i think is immoral. ComStar empires are started on nev, they grow cautiously, building up there defense and growing slowy in order to do so. They are a formidable force to empires there own size. Then suddenly around level three or higher, they are gang banged by half the WoB empires on Nev. Hmmm yes that is very honourable and moral. I know this is drifting from the subject but that is what got me started of mouthing, because i am seriously annnoyed about this. You would understand if u were a ComStar empire. I apologise to Krynn as i have before.

The last comstar empire i attack had 1 lct-1e and about 20 jeeps. I used an empire of equal size and this was not formidable.
Please stop typing or at least stop exagerating(SP) about Comstar having formidable defence and wob using half their empires to take 1 pethetic comstar empire down.
You were attacked by what 2-3 emps. When in reality they is like several dozen if not more.
Gangbangs are a fact of nev iv had it done to me and it was no fun. But i didnt put post on the Evil WOB and their gangbang NO i built another empire and took back what was mine.
Sure their might be less honor in using 2/3 emps to take out someone but its not about honor its about erredicating Comstar Vermin.

ROFL. I'm talking about MY comstar empire having a formidable defense. And it did, because it managed to elimate the WoB fool who started the attack, it was only cause he was helped by higher level empires that he won. You make me laugh.

Anyone who beats up on someone in the hospital is sick. If I'm playing Chess and I have a heart-attack, I don't expect the opponent to take all my pieces for the heck of it while I gasp for air.

Well I think it is time to put an end to this arguement. I was the one who attacked the empire in question. 1st there is no way to know of rl situations that come up, Ardels empires were totally different circumstances as chet made public mail.
2nd End of WoB..doubtful that any of the large political alliances in Nev will ever be totally gone, we have seen alot of Blakists leave WoB for other factions,name changes or just declaring themselves out of the conflict.
3rd and my favorite...Krynn once again you missed the mark as have most. The RCT (WAS) ADs, it had already been taken over by another (PRIOR) to the attacks 
I especually enjoyed the fact that your first statements berating the fella who started this thread for talking with no knowledge or facts, well uhm..lol seems the last week you have been defending a false informed arguement. over hearing those in chat no doubt. I do agree that any who would knowingly attack such an empire not only lacks honor but puts themselves at great risk. It is one of the few things in my time here that all Alliances come together on. but again that was not the case in this engagement

We all have our problems/difficulties in RL. Like Psycosis, I also suffer from depression and it is not something I have any control over. Somedays I feel great, others I wont leave my bed. But back to my point we all have our problems and if things are going well for us it's cool but you don't know when things will go wrong. We all, also, have Nev in common and whether we support WoB or ComStar or whatever, we should support each other when things are bad. I know I'm a small player in the grand nev world and that I dont make much sense most of the time but can we stop all of this and just get back to the game. Please?
Krynn, my thoughts are with your friend and I hope things improve for you and him.

Actually I got my info from chet not chat and yes I know AA is watching and co-owning the empire but its still AD's.
I know you didn't know whos it was and stoped the attacks and aplaud you for that. TY.

i was going to ask what happened to WOB.. lol Well i found this post on the forum.. and I'm Shocked. I grew up playing Nev. and After i lost my empires in the faction BK, i decided to quit for awhile... Now I'm back and it would seem politics have changed quite a bit.
If anyone would be so kind to fill me in on the ins and outs of.. Whose top dog since Madmans Marauder's is nolonger round i take it? and I didn't see the Northwind Highlanders about either.
