For the past 3 days Chaosmarch.com has been down.
Does this happen occasionaly? Or is it bad tidings? I just got to looking through it and there seemed to be a fair bit of stuff over there (My apoligies if Sarna.net and Chaosmarch are not on speaking terms).

These things happen, you want to remove your cookies and clear your cache and then try to go back to the site....that could clear up some of the issues of the site being down.
