I understand that Clan Smoke Jaguar was defeated but what happened to their other combat units specifically their WarShips?

Blown up during Operation Bulldog, or assimilated by other Clans most likely. Best would be if you could find out what they had pre-Bulldog, and then set up some kind of casaulty list to track each unit.

Absorbed by other Clans or destroyed.

I know that Clan Wolf In Exile took some in during the fighting and some seemed to have joined the IS, in that one was on Solairs and one is or was working for Victor, and some may have run off to be bandits etc...

I just remembered something: I was once browsing a CBT site, and found a rather complete-seeming list of all the warships in Clan use, grouped per Clan. It also featured a short known history of the unit where possible. I guess that could help, but finding it again...

I wouldn't put a lot of faith in that listing...TPTB have way of adding or subtracting what they want, when they want, and how they want no matter the actually total tallies or ability to produce a given unit, item or thing in the BT universe.

Hmm. You mean like merc units owning and operating JumpShips? You may just have a point there...

That or a faction gain enough economic and military power in 21 years to threaten the entire Inner Sphere and Clan space, and just happen to have nukes, chemical and bio weapons handily and readily available and very willing to use them.

Shhh... Let us not resurrect that old argument again. The Star Wars universe is also filled with rubbish due to an uncoordinated writing effort in the community. It is simply one of the drawbacks of writing in/for a franchise.

You have a point, but it's hard to have continuity when the problem starts with the main storyline, not the side arcs and tracks.
