Another design, this one has been rolling around in my head for far longer, although the original version was a far different beast than this one. Well, different in weapon's loadout, it's pretty much always been a fast 90 ton assault omni.

Overview: The Winter Wolf is a brand new omnimech recently put into production by Wolf Clan (in exile) on Arc Royal. Clearly intended to fulfill the gaping hole between the Warhawk and Executioner (Masakari and Gladiator, respectively) designs, initial reports hint to this being a very formidable foe indeed. The designer is not known to WolfNet at this time, but it is known that it was a outsider, and the design specifications were given to the Wolves as a present. Named for a little known, if vicios, predator from a even less known periphery world, the design fit the Wolf philosophy well, and they felt it would have been a bad omen to rename the design, so the name stuck.
Capabilities: Clearly heavily inspiried by the Star Adders's Blood Asp design, this mech shares many similarities on paper, but both it's outside appearance, and the composition of her massive weapon pods, are very different to it's parent design. With nearly half of it's tonnage devoted to pod space, and covered by sixteen tons of armor, the mech is certainly not a foe to be trifled with, as it is able to mount enough armament to give even a Dire Wolf pause.
The primary configuration was clearly inspired by the Timber Wolf primary, although it is based around paired ATM 12's, rather than long range missiles, each with three tons of ammunition. As a backup to this were two extended range large lasers, one in each arm, with six (two in each arm, two in the center torso) extended range mediums for a ammunition free back up, for when the ATM's run out of ammunition. Even with the eight extra heat sinks the mech is not going to set any records for heat efficiency, sadly, but it certainly lives up to the design specifications.
In contrast to the all around design of the prime, the A version is intended for maximum close combat efficiency. As a starting point the right arm now mounts the largest autocannon in the clan inventory, a massive ultra 20 Autocannon, complete with a ample five tons of ammo, giving the mech plenty of capabilities for the deadly double blasts that make the weapon so feared. As a back up to the massive main gun, two clan streak srm-6's are mounted in the opposite torso, each with a ton of ammo to go through. In addition two ER large lasers in the right arm give the mech it's long range capability. While certainly not impressive for it's size, they are still better than nothing at all. As a final back up to the armament, a total of five ER mediums was added, two in each torso, and one slung underneath the autocannon. Of course all this firepower does not a very heat efficient mech make, as it only has seventeen double heat sinks in this version, but pilots are strongly reccomended not to use all of the energy weaponry at the same time, especially not if also using the ultra autocannon.
Deployement: Two prototypes are currently in service with the Fourth Wolf Guards of Alpha Galaxy for extended testing. Currently only the primary configuration has been built, while the other configurations are awaiting the results of the tests before being okayed

If anyone feels a need to tear it apart, you have every right to, all I ask is that you give a reason for doing so, so I know you're not tearing it apart simply because you can..Also that way I'd learn more from the mistake.

A good solid design over all. I am not a fan of all of the Post 3050 TRO weapons (orginal), but I know some like them and you don't use them extensively . That said, a few changes I would consider making...
For your "Alpha" variant, the crits are off for the Ultra AC-20, it takes up 8 spots, not 5. Might want to move the med laser out of the arm and check to see you have enough crit space over all for the variant.
I would defenitaly add 1 more ton of armor. 24 points on a side torso just isn't going to cut it. With XL engines and ammo in the torsos, you want to protect them more then ever. This can easily be done by sacrificing a heat sink, med laser or ton of ammo.
Another thing to consider would be to move the Endo Steel slots out of the legs and move them up to the side torsos. This would allow you to add heat sinks (better heat dissipation in water) or a-pods (vs unarmored infantry) into the legs as nessary.
Assuming you added another ton of armor a good siege buster variant would be.
2 LRM-20 w/ artimis IV FCS and 3 tons of ammo each 2 ER PPC 2 ER Med. Pulse lasers 7 extra heat sinks.
Gives a good long range punch with little worry about heat and some pulse lasers for those fast guys that invaraibly want to run up and say "Hi". If you had a crappy pilot you could swap out the PPCs and 3 heat sinks for Large pulse lasers and a targeting computer.

Ironically that variant you're suggesting is quite similar to what I had in mind with the C configuration. Just haven't gotten around to working on it further..
As for the Ultra-20, I can just swap the heat sink and medium to the left arm, if it takes up that much crit space, after all those clan tech ER large lasers are very crit efficient. (also very in character for clan Wolf)
Could have sworn I read that the Clan ultra 20 only takes up five slots, though..*goes to check*

Good god, Turned out that B was a ton under when I was looking around for a way to shave a ton off to fit in with your suggestion. In any case I've now added a ton of armor, at the expense of a single er medium in each variant (one of the CT one's in the Prime, the left arm one in the A)

Clearly intended for long campaigns where ammunition may be in short supply, Beta is superficially similar to the Blood Asp prime, in that it mounts a single large weapon above the right shoulder, in this case a ER ppc, but the arms are now mounting a similar loadout to the Gladiator Alpha, in other words three large pulse lasers in the right, and five er mediums in the left. Also this is the only one of the three to have a full set of actuators in a arm, in this case it's right. To handle the extra heat, no fewer than 12 more double heat sinks had to be added, although even this is insufficient to handle a full alpha strike, forcing pilots to think of what armament combination they use at any given time, although the design can fire all of it's lasers without serios overheat, as long as the ppc is left un fired, which would be standard r.o.e.'s up close.
Charlie is the missile support configuration, although like all the variants, it also mounts energy based backup weapons, so it can continue fighting, even after running out of ammunition. Based around two Artemis guided lrm 20 racks, mounted in each arm for maximum tactical efficiency with two more, also artemis guided, lrm 10 racks mounted in the torso for further back up. The main racks each having three tons of ammunition, while the 10's have two tons each. Twin shoulder mounted ER large lasers, and a ER medium round were originally intended to round out the weapon's loadout, but this left the configuration a ton short, so the designers added a ECM suite to the center torso, although this was more of a after thought than a intentional nasty surprise. Some unknown Inner Sphere mechwarrior described this version as a “Longbow IIC”, but while the design specifications are similar, it is more of a coincidence than the designer's intent.
