OK Everyone! This post contains all the details you need to know about how I run a DP Pool.
I will start a new pool every month if there is enough interest in doing so. You can also just simply skip to the part where you send a donation to my PayPal account and you will be in the current pool automatically.
For those of you who may not know, I opened an Irc Channel #DP_Pool. Simply join chat and express your interest in joining the current pool. Please PM me with an actual amount I can expect from you. I will update the topic with the current status of any current pool. You can also ask any questions you might have about DP pools in the chat channel, or PM me there or here on the forums. I will respond as soon as I can either way. I try to check #DP_Pool daily. Forums I get to every few days.
Sorry if my responses here are a lil slow.  I will reply to every PM or message that I get.
I am listing a lot of information in this post for those who need it. If you are already familar with how to send funds etc, then just skip to that part and send away. Most of the info here I gathered for the newer donators that I have spoken with over time, and are asking the same questions over and over.
I would also like to point out, that I personally am not trying to sell anyone anything. I am offering you nothing except to collect everyones individual money and pool it together to earn bonus DP from Neveron. We are all simply pooling our meager resources to get a better gain from our combined donations. As for any other expectations you my have had from this donation pool, forget it! I am only offering you a chance to get 2DP for the price of 1DP [less any transaction fees charged by your method of payment].
Organizing all of these donations and making sure they are entered correctly into Neverons donation system of course requires my time and effort. I am not charging any extra percentage or flat fees on top of what PayPal charges me to receive the transfer from you. I have been asked by several players how they can give me a few DP for my efforts. To do this, simply include a short message along with your login info when you send the donation. Something like "and keep 5 DP for yourself" is all that is needed, and I will deduct your gift to me from your donation. Thanks again to those of you who have been generous to me like this in the past, and thanks in advance to those of you who will send me some in future pools. 
As for what you get by donations...before you decide to donate to neveron, you should have gone to the donation page and read The Donation Agreement and see exactly what a donation is in the eyes of Neveron.
I will not send in the donation until I have $1,000 or more in order to get the double DP bonus.
To keep things as simple as possible, the minimum donation will be $10 USD. After deducting the fees, your earned DP will be less than 20. Should you want less than 20 DP, try to buy it from players in Chat, or donate directly to Neveron via the donate tab.
All net donations will be rounded DOWN to the nearest whole DP. If you short your doantion 9 cents [$10.91], it will still be rounded DOWN to the whole DP.
Please remember to include your chat or forum nick, as well as the login where you want the DP sent to for all donations. Please be sure to spell the login name correctly, or everyones DP will be delayed! Please be sure to double check your spelling. Include detailed explanation if needed. Things like spaces, underscores, caps etc need to be very clearly stated.
For those of you who dont have Credit Cards, PayPal account, or would like to avoid the various fees...I will also be accepting other forms of payment. I will accept money orders or bank/ teller checks for this. I WILL NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS!

Please remember to keep your copy of such items for tracking / refunds etc if the need arises due to things like lost mail. I can only send in what cash I have received and am not responsible for lost items.

Paypal is the most common way pools have been done in the past. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, they are free and easy to set up. If you plan on doing any sort of online transactions, PayPal is one of

Your donation's sent via PayPal are sent free of charge. PayPal then charges the receiver of the funds a fee, based on where you send it from, and what type of currency funds you send.
So, either send in extra to cover the fees, or I can simply deduct it from your cash sent, with the remaining balance converted to DP.
I copied these fees for the various countries from Paypal's website. Should PayPal change the rates or calculate your fees differently, there is nothing I can do about that.
Fees per transaction
USD 2.9% + $0.30 USD
CAD 3.9% + $0.55 CAD
GBP 3.9% + £0.20 GBP
EUR 3.9% + €0.35 EUR
AUD 3.9% + $0.40 AUD
Please check with PayPal for the latest Transaction Fees and Currency Conversion Rates before sending any new donations. It is up to each individual what amount to send, so consider your fees accordingly.
The amount that I receive is what your donation will be. I can let you know the amount received, in case you would like to modify it for some reason. Please be sure to check your calculations carefully!

Example 1 -
You send $20 USD, from a USA based PayPal account:
Fee calculation: $20 x 2.9% = $.58 + $.30 flat fee = $.88 USD
I subtract the $.88 from your $20...you get whats left over sent in for donation
$20 - $.88 = $19.12 x 2 = 38.24 DP -> this amount will be rounded down to 38 DP

Example 2 -
If you want $20 donated [in order to receive 40 DP], then send $20 USD [from USA based PayPal acct] + extra to cover the fees.
$20.91 x 2.9% = $.61 + $.30 flat fee = $.91 total fees -> $20.91 - $.91 fee = $20.00 donation
$20 net donation, then doubled = 40 DP

Personally, after talking to many players, i think we can support a DP Pool as often as 1 per month. There have been several players who have stopped donations. There have also been new players who have begun donations. There are also some players who, with a lil time, may decide to donate again as well. Others may not have heard about an existing pool. Still others are holding back to see how things turn out after issues are resolved within Neveron. I totally understand any cautions or concerns that people might have.
This thread will simply get bumped up every month. I will no longer make a new thread each month just simply to run a new pool. I will only make a new thread if this information becomes outdated for some reason.
Please do NOT PM me every day after you have sent your funds, asking when it will go in, or how much I have got so far of the $1000 minimum.
I can not predict when exactly we will reach the $1,000 point. So obviously I can not give you a date when you will get your DP. Some Pools may run 3 weeks, others may run 5 or 6 weeks. It will all depend on everyones personal donation situation. I can not guess how quickly any pool will be ready to go in.
I will not send the Pool in until we reach $1,000 +
I suggest if you need your DP immediately, DO NOT use the DP Pool.
