Working through help tickets primarily, with not much postable, just little problems in various empires.
Multiple decommissioning is not working and has not done so for the past week.

Submit a bug ticket about it then, and he'll get to it.

NOTE: I removed several negative comments from this thread for being off topic and otherwise inappropiate comments etc. Most of this reply was addressing some of those 'concerns' of the other players.
==============================
As for donation tickets taking priority...Are they truly donation related?
Did you send in $20 and didnt get DP?
-OR-
"I bought a mech with my 20 DP and it got killed" [by a claimed bug of course], and "I want it back" [cause you bought it with DP].
So that a player think that entitles them to special priv's??? There is a HUGE difference in these two types of "DP" tickets.
As for any ticket regarding donations...I think every one needs to review the donation policy and what it means exactly when you donate. You are supporting the games ongoing growth and developement. Nothing more.
================================
On more than one occasion, I have seen statements made by admins, that not every ticket will be resolved to perfectly rectify every players stated loss. Far to many times, the items are not entitled to replacement, yet every players thinks otherwise. Some things are not recorded in a log file, others are far to difficult to track down thru the pages of logs, mostly due to the real lack of detailed and helpful information in said tickets.
The game gets laggy, the game hic ups, the game has brain farts. None of those reasons are enuff to replace the unit you lost during such episode, and so to expect as much is simply wrong.
There is currently only one Admin working on all things Nev. The issues that will get priority, are still in fact the same, as when there was a 'staff' of admins. They realized far to much time was wasted chasing down random indpendant issues, and have started to prioritize trends, or game wide issues, over random 1 empire hic ups.
Now, I am not saying that your empire is not any less important than another, but isolated incidents are just not going to get time and attention any time soon.
As mentioned, negative attitudes, even if really only your frustration venting, comes across in a very bad way to the Admin trying to read your ticket. State your case, but remain polite and objective, keeping in mind this is a game!
As for all the negative attitudes that cant be bothered to send in a ticket any more, cause its a waste of time...you are only shooting yourself, and every other player, in the foot. Had you bothered to send in a detailed ticket for every instance you notice a 'bug', there might have been a trend spotted. Your particular empire might have logged the otherwise elusive code line / error. Your ticket may include the one vital detail that everyone else bitching had omitted, and THAT fact is what helped the Admins debug and fix the issue game wide.
So you all can, and will, go on bitching and complaining about how horrible Neveron is, and you will continue to log in both there, chat and here, and spew your negativity...thats all good.
I on the other hand will work on my ticket writing skills...
PS: As for tickets over a month old...WWS closed all existing tickets to try to clear out the bogus backloged outdated stuff. He also said in the same update to reopen any tickets that are in fact still valid and still need attention. So make sure to reopen said 12 month old tickets if they are still valid.
-------------------- Is it true? Do you really suck that bad??
