Meanwhile you could simply use the good ol' "sell donated for Imp (worth 25 DPs) back to NASI for some Nevcash" feature [AKA and or sometimes referred to as 'Instant Nevcash Billionaire' for 'only' 25 DPs feature] again ... and again ... and again ... ad infinitum - if necessary - and thanks in advance for supporting the game / admin  ...

Yeah thats the number one method for instant wealth.
Its generally considered an "acceptable exploit", and certainly its been going on for so long that if WWS had a problem with it we'd have known by now.
I think it sucks and makes the mech market look retarded, though I admit I've used it. That much cash is hard to pass up at low levels.

Correct, the 2 Warrior Class points do NOT double the FL transfers into a FL empire. They are strictly based on the regular FL transfer cap limits based on the FL empires level.
For those of you not already aware...a FL has a different type of perk for receiving funds. A FL empire can get a transfer from every FL in the game only restricted by the 'once every 3 real days' rule like any other transfers.
So assuming you could make arrangements with several other FL empires, you could get a L10 FL 20 FL transfers of 1 Bil [L10 FL tran cap] each, resulting in an instant 20 Bil boost to that L10 FL cash on hand.
As for means to transfer amounts into an empire...the transfer caps are designed to actually prevent that...however there are options to speed things up...
As mentioned, buying an IMP for 28 DP [was 25...see new update] and then reselling said IMP with the NASI resell mech option, usally nets around 1.2 Billion NCash for any level emps. The Mech resell feature is not currently restricted by transfer caps.
A similar twist to this method, is to get your hands on any salvage mech that can be resold [ie non player made mechs in general], and then resell them to the market for the 75% of NASIs valus of that mech.
A third option is if the empire is the FL...as already discussed above.
A fourth option is to assign class points to Mercenary, and get hired to DC for any empire, and get paid for killing BV. You are supposed to be able to also get 'upfront' payments as well, but I have never seen that work properly. Someone else may be able to shed more light on this option. The part that does appear to work properly is the amount paid per bv killed. Get a contract set at the max rate, and go kill stuff. This is also not affected by caps I believe...so this could make some decent cash pretty quickly as well

the up front payment shows up as a gen cap transfer, so its limited for mercs, the per bv kills is unlimited

ok first of all, the entire point of selling an IMP bought with DP was to avoid the lower level empires Transfer Caps. A higher level empire can sell the DP via chat, for 100M+, and then have all the NCash in his empire in a matter of days even at a mid level empire size.
If you are really pathetic enuff to piss away 28 DP, to kill the IMP, to HOPE you can salvage it, so MAYBE you can sell it to the low level, who then resells it for the 1B +, so you can pawn Noobs, your even more pathetic than I thought.

ShadowMaster, these "hypothetical comments" could make sense, at least if you did not donate for the Imp, but simply bought one at the public Mech marketplace instead - with some surplus, self-replenishing nev cash provided by one of the really wealthy infra 'farm' empires ...
And there are ways - yes, hypothetical ones, but perfectly legal ones - to help increase / improve chances for successful Mech chassis salvage, all you got to do is think outside the box ...

No one in the game (that I know of) would be dumb enough to waste 1.9 bill or whatever the current market average is, to have (at Best) a 50% chance at salvage (I neither know or care to know what the actual chances out of a hundred are).
Player killing is what this game is about. This is a war game. To say otherwise is nonsense in today's game.

my point about pathetic dilusions vs past DPd for IMPs:
The IMP resale of the past was a sure thing. The DP used to buy the IMP could be sold at a much higher profit, but it could not be instantly moved into a lower level emp with a few clicks. It was being misused as the orignal concept was intended, so Admins 'fixed' it.
The attempted mech salavage option as discussed are anything but for sure. Whether or not the mech was bought with DP or bought with 'surplus' NCash from the market, the 'investment' could be a total loss and you would have to do it all over again. Now assuming a 50% success rate, that means you have to drop 56DP [valued at 5 to 7 B] or approx 4B+ NCash to get a salv IMP. Then you could sell it to the lower level emp, so it could be resold for 1B+. Hopefully these genious marketers dont waste 56 DP to test if Salvaged mechs are exempt from the new resell caps. Im sure there is some one out there that has or will test it. Please keep us informed.
If there are players out there willing to take a 3/4s+ loss just to funnel some cash, Id like to make friends with you. Id like to buy stuff from you, and ill reduce your losses to say, 50%? Thats got to be a better deal? Hell I'll even give your desperate emp a DC as long as you keep seling me stuff that cheap! So then your emp wont need the cash funneled into it.
even with improved 'odds' of salvage, its still a huge risk, and at huge losses, to try to pump up a lower level empire with quick/ instant cash. The real question is why does your L0 or L1 emp need 1B+ ?
on the matter of improved salvage odds, NSN, you could in fact share those tactics in an informative and useful thread, since they are legal and all. Many ignorant players like myself cant think outside the box if we dont know we are in it.
As for player attitudes etc, that debate is still open :P
