few questions about Neveron

Hello
I am fan of battlemech for years, also i started to play Neveron 3 years ago but every time i wanted to spent more time with Neveron unfortunately i was finding more and more bugs and this damn lagg which ruin almost every battle ( i know i live in europe so it may be reason why lagg is so terrrible here anyway why its so bad, btw my net connect isnt as bad).
What I've noticed during last week :
1. Arena even more buggy now then it was before , for example i dont see map at all only units stats?? EDIT: it might be my fault bec i was clicking "Watch Arena" and map could have been too large to see in window.
2. Empire map work only at max zoom level and dont work at 2nd and 3rd level
3. Arena simulator dont work with one empire but it can work with other one or few hours later for example. Verry annoying 
4. In-game Chat option doesnt work but it should so the new players could easy communicate (it never worked for me as i remember) and only connecting by mIrc works but with some problems also.
Is it possible you make this game working properly in every country in the world(or at least Europe ;P) and some day new players and old one who visit Neveron will like to stay here for longer? I really wish it happen .

erm ill take a few of the questions,
the empire map dosn't work at mag 2 or 3 unless you have IE 6 so if you upgraded to IE 7 like most of the rest of us tough luck im affraid, as for the other bugs ive had no problems with any of them sorry

I didnt upgrated IE to 7 and i never will becasue it is ..$%^&#%* ( same reason why i'll never buy Vista).

LOL hellboy, yeah IE 7 is the biggest pos ive ran into also its a dam laggg cow. and vista is around what i just left in the toilet. for the people that may not know this you can roll back IE 7 to IE 6 you have to goto the micochuncks website. you then have to disable you windows updates etc.

IE has also been getting changed and tweaked over time by Microsoft. An example is the recent change to Neveron Maps. The code that used to be used to create our maps was changed with IE7. Then IE6 had an update that also changed the way IE6 code worked. At that point all the maps were broken in Neveron. The Admins went in and created a basic [zoom 1] map to get things back up and running. Zoom 2 and 3 where disabled. Zoom 4 is not really a map, as its more of a picture of Neveron as it was years ago. It does not reflect anything current about Neveron or its factions.
There have been some players that claim that they can still get zoom 2 or 3 to work. Not sure exactly what they have done, or not done, as far as updates. Most likley they are using some varient of IE6, lacking certain updates, which changed it to act more like IE7. The Admins are aware that the Maps and Zoom are not working correctly. There is a 'warning' about IE7 on the main page and its compatability with Neveron. At some point in the future, the maps will be reworked and updated with the newer IE7 code. According to the admins tho, its not a simple matter of a few clicks or line edits. Maps will need to be completly restructured.
