Training Program

Hey , i just finished traing company of light vehicles (all soldiers skill 8/8) and to my suprise after 3 real days and hundrets thousands $ spent on it i have no results at all...? No one from 22 soldiers havent got even 1 skill point.. so my question are there some other training rules now, or update time is longer or mayby i was so unlucky that time ?
P.S. I know 3 RL days is not a long time but as i remeber from past usually at least few soldiers gain 1 skill point after all.

Training is broken.
As are quests, mine generation, and mass scrap/decomm.

Added some error correction code to the training program which should help it bypass the problem that is causing it to crash. I am continuing to monitor it for ways of making it stable.
