Question pertaining to Worker Cross Training

As we all know, there is a 100-RP item that once researched, enable you to start producing TP from factories, right?
Now, we know that Worker Cross Training Level 1++ improves the efficiency of producing TP from factories, but my question starts here: How much more efficient does it become after you researched Worker Cross Training Level 1 onwards?
Im not getting any answers from #neveron, so figure I'll post it here instead.

I've researched worker cross training I, the difference was a reduction in worker/days by one half from what was required with just the basic research.
