No noticeable loss of skill, no attacks or loss of infra. Nothing. And yet one went from lvl3 to 2. Just today. Was lvl3 earlier today. Logged in just a moment ago, and now is lvl2. Samething with my other small empire. Any ideas on what may have happened?
