[Neveron, nostalgia (2003)] marketplace (resources, price data)

Data recovery 'specialists' / hobby 'archeologists' from the "Dirtcheap Products for Survival Group" managed to salvage some data (an old resources marketplace price list) from an old harddrive, dating back to December, 09th, 2003.

Of course back in 2003 there used to be many many more empires / players around, but that would be an entirely different topic ...]

You might notice a couple of more or less interesting things / facts if you dare to compare the old database snapshot from 2003 with some of the more recent snapshots.
some food for thought:
How about:
more offers / suppliers (of course this would require more players / empires (and or mines in general), which are capable and or willing to mine resources and sell them at reasonable prices (reasonable profit margins included), while competing with each other) = more competition, finally resulting in 'better' / 'fairer' prices (closer to breakeven costs) for minerals (resources) and or 'better' / 'fairer' prices for all kinds of finished products (parts, vehicles, Mechs, ...) - for all parties involved ...? Prime example? Basic Metals (Neveron, 2003), 90 offers / suppliers and an abundance of 660255 units available - resulting in very reasonable prices for Basic Metals (reminder: breakeven price for mining and selling Basic Minerals at Neveron: 800) back in December 2003.
Of course excessive price gouging kind of always existed / exists, for example simply look at the prices for Precious Metals and Rare Earth Elements at Neveron back in December 2003.
On the other hand the prices for Radioactive Elements at Neveron's resources marketplace looked much better / much more reasonable back in December 2003.
Reasonable prices for Neveronium in 2003 as well, almost the same weighted average prices for Neveronium these days.
Anything else worth mentioning and or worth comparing?
