Unnatural trueborns can't get natural abilities in CBTRPG?

Since trueborns are unnaturally created (they're born in gene containers) it seems like they can't get the natural abilities in BTRPG (where a character can roll 3D10 and use highest two rolled). In fact given their unnaturalness I'd say they ought to get unnatural abilities like they'd have to roll 3D10 and use the lowest two dice rolled. And since they're extremely competitive with each other (they kill each other over bloodnames) trueborn player characters should roll XD10 where X represents the number of trueborn personnel on a mapsheet and use the lowest two dice rolled. Also trueborn warriors should have very high gunnery skills since they're warriors like gunnery base to-hit number of 0.
