Remove multi degradation

Prob should go to the Suggestions forum, but not like the forums are super active these days, hehe.
Most of you old timers know me, but I took a few months of R&R from Nev recently. Coming back, I noticed that the top thing that hit me after all this time off is multi degradation.
In this Nev environment, spending DP to renew multies is not very appealing, which means I end up not donating for the other things as well. I recommend moving this.
I apologize if this is already in the works, or have been discussed recently (in the current Nev environment), as I've been out of touch, but I guess the same discussions from before still apply

I wouldn't bother. Admins don't read this forum, and even if they did they wouldn't care. The game died long ago, just people are too stubborn to admit it.
