Notes: The ShadowCamo Paint is a house piece of equipment and it does not weigh anything nor does it take up space -- it's just stealthy camoflauging paint for those that want to use it. The BV for the Humming Bird VTOL with ShadowCamo Paint is 789. The cost for the Humming Bird VTOL with ShadowCamo Paint is 15,824,521.
ShadowCamo Paint effects are:

Iincrease short range modifier of attacks made against the Hummingbird by +1, increase medium range modifier of attacks made against the Hummingbird by +2, additionally increase long and extreme range modifier of attacks made against the Hummingbird each by +3, and additionally increase the base to-hit number to hit a Hummingbird by +3 if its ShadowCamo Paint camoflauge match the terrain/terrain feature it is in (player chooses before battle begins which terrain/terrain feature camoflauge it has). Both of the range and terrain camoflauge modifiers are cummulative. Only one type of terrain/terrain feature effect and time effect combination can be applied -- the unit must be being in the time and terrain/terrain feature for its camoflauging feature to work. The features are:

Terrain/Terrain Features
Clear, Jungle (be it Light, Heavy, Ultra), Woods (be it Light, Heavy, Ultra), Rough, Water (be it of any Depth), Paved, Building, Tundra, Sand, Deep Snow, Ice, Swamp,

Time Features
Dawn, Daytime, Dusk, Nighttime

All stealthiness and the camoflauging features are automatically destroyed if unit the paint is applied to is damaged (like from weapons fire) as well as collisions with other types of damaging attacks and terrain/terrain feature/weather conditions such as blowing sand, hailstorms, inferno splashes, fragmentation warheads, fletchette ammunition, and geysers. The camoflauging effects only apply if the unit is being targeted by visual sighting system.
For customizing and retrofits, it takes 1 hour per ton the vehicle weighs to apply the paint.
There was a type of Sand Ammo on Solaris7 that could destroy the ShadowCamo Paint. Basically a shot of Sand Ammo could be used by any ballistic, missile, or artillery weapon -- the sand ammo had a -4 modifier. The modifier is cummulative with any targeting computer/targeting system, LB-X, etc.

Capabilities:
In 3052, Clan technicians had been liberated from a Jade Falcon ship to link up with members of the Make Do Salvage Company. The Make Do Salvage Company wanted them to design a new type of VTOL that could take down any known Clan 'Mech without getting shot down. The ClanTechs, haven already been given plans for Clan XXL engines, immediately went to work on designing such a VTOL. And so was born the Hummingbird.

Capabilities:
The Hummingbird VTOL was named after its shape. With dual rotors, a 175 extra extra light fusion engine, jet boosters, ferro-fibrous armor, a front mounted Clan LB2-XAC known as "the beak", 246 rounds of ammunition, a two seater cockpit, a Far Away Long Range Targeting System, a C3 Slave, and a new type of stealthy camoflauging paint developed by researchers at the Make Do Salvage Company known as ShadowCamo Paint, the Hummingbird VTOL is one of the best VTOLs ever produced.
The dual rotors provide great stability for the VTOL. Unfortunately, they also reduce the VTOL's effective tacking ability slightly.
The engine and jet boosters combined enables the VTOL to achieve a flank speed of up to 90 meters per second.
The Clan LB-2XAC "beak" was chosen to be front mounted to reduce costs. If the LB-2XAC was chin turreted, the VTOL would've been overweighed if it mounted more than its 246 rounds of ammo for the beak. The speed of the VTOL makes mounting a chin turret unnecessary. The beak can fire a cluster of munition shells that spread out, much like the way water drops spread out when they're spat from the beak of a real hummingbird and the entire ammo supply of the Hummingbird is enough to bring down even the heaviest Clan assault Mechs.
The two seater cockpit enables one person to pilot the VTOL and one person fire the beak. By having one person pilot the VTOL and trying to have it evade enemy fire, while the other person fires the beak, each can concentrate on his/her own tasks more efficiently and won't have to be distracted by situations relating to the other.
The C3 Slave enables the VTOL to be able to fire the beak via another C3 equipped unit. If the latter unit is within 300 meters or less of an enemy unit, then the VTOL, as long as its beak is in range of the enemy unit, can fire the beak using the C3 Slave as though it was at short range regardless of the range it is currently at. This enables the attacks to be much easier for a Hummingbird gunner.
The most interesting aspect many observers have noticed about the Hummingbird, or sometimes fail to notice about the Hummingbird because of this aspect, is its ShadowCamo Paint. The paint is a mixture of a stealth and camoflauging like paint designed to hinder sensors and scanners from being able to detect it. The stealthy effects of the paint is identical to the effects of the Free Worlds League Achilleus Battle Armor. The camoflauging effects of the paint are as good as the camoflauging techniques the Purifier Battle Armor uses. Unlike the Purifier Battle Armor, the camoflauging effects stay the same regardless of the VTOL's speed, though the VTOL must be in terrain of the same colors as the paint. A problem with the paint is that the stealthiness and the camoflauging aspects are automatically destroyed if the paint is damaged (like from weapons) as well as collisions with other types of damaging attacks and weather attacks such as sandstorms, hailstorms, inferno splashes, fragmentation warheads, etc. Furthermore, there have been rumors of opposing units equipping themselves with so called "sand shells" that explode millions of sand particles designed to wear away the paint and the sand shells are extremely accurate against the Hummingbird. As long as the Hummingbird can avoid such hazardous situations, the Shadowcamo Paint, combined with the VTOL's great speed and evasiveness, makes the VTOL extremely difficult to track and attack.
The drawback of the Hummingbird VTOL is its relatively light armor and its beak. Indeed the armor can stop up to a single short range missile hit. Despite this limited armor, most pilots & gunners who operate the Hummingbird feel safe. The armor is mainly used to prevent infantry small arms shots from damaging the VTOL and its crew. A shot from the beak can only do a minor amount of damage, the same damage that normal short range missile can do.

Battle History:
The Hummingbird VTOL proved its worthiness during the Make Do Salvage Company's second engagement with Clan Jade Falcon. The Rim Collection was holding a contest and the MDSC invited the same Clan Jade Falcon force that originally attacked it to fight in a duel. A ninety-five ton Turkina Class Mech was dispatched to engage the Hummingbird VTOL. In the duel, the Turkina repeatedly tried to hit the Hummingbird VTOL with its own Clan LB-2XACs, but it could not train its weapons onto the VTOL effectively since the VTOL stayed at extreme range and used its speed, evasiveness, and ShadowCamo Paint to avoid the Turkina. The Hummingbird, using its Clan LB-2XAC, repeatedly fired back at the Turkina scoring hit after hit. As spectators watched, one of them apparently got bored with the match since it was just repetitious Hummingbird hits and Turkina misses. After 68 shots that the Hummingbird VTOL hit the Turkina with, the spectator told his wife, "it's obvious the Turkina can't hit the Hummingbird. Wake me up when the Hummingbird wins". Eventually, the Turkina, after 160 shots and suffering severe internal structure damage, gave up all hope of attacking the Hummingbird and requested higera, humiliated by being defeated by a "little bird".
During the 10 'Mechs vs. the 20 Mixed Units of the Make Do Salvage Company Battle, the Hummingbird was the "mascot" of the companys side. The Hummingbird would fly around scoring minor shots at the enemy 'Mechs while those 'Mechs would keep missing at it due to its incredible speed, stealthiness, and evasiveness.

Overview:
The LAMASH, or Large Amphibious Mobile Army Surgical Hospital, was created out of the demand for hospital units that could go through cities and towns to take care of multiple injured people.

Capabilities:
The LAMASH has nineteen operating theaters. It also has a front trailer hitch. The hitch gives the LAMASH the ability to push trailer vehicles should they have injured people that need to get to hospital buildings. Despite it being eighty tons, the LAMASH can travel 86.4 kilometers per hour which makes it fairly fast medical unit. The amphibious nature of the LAMASH enables it to travel through water, thus it can help out in cases of liquifaction. The armor on the LAMASH is quite light, only half a ton of armor protects the vehicle from attacks. The LAMASH is unarmed to make it look as nonthreatening as possible -- many people, if not all, are unwilling to open fire on defenseless medical units and such people who do are regarded as nothing more than common murderers. Furthermore, LAMASHes are rather easy to capture for use in trading and/or use in a person's military force.

Up to your same old stuff huh.
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.

I was a Major *pain* before
But I got a promotion.
I am now a General *pain*

Nope, this is an old NewType post. A SpamBot got through and posted something about Viagra or Cialis to this thread, which I deleted, but the forums made it look like this was an updated thread.
