The Excellent Evader advanced ability trait enables the person having it to evade very well with skilled evading. Simply take the number seven and subtract from it that person's piloting/driving skill base to-hit number. It is possible to have negative evading result such as driver hit and driving skill base to-hit number of 7 which provides -1 (7 minus +1 plus +7 equals -1) and add the result to attacker's base to-hit number when that attacker attacks that evading unit. While a person is using excellent evader he/she may not make weapon attacks and all physical attacks have a +2 to-hit modifier and he/she may not use faster acceleration than run/flank/max safe thrust MP.
