I would like to sell old level 2 empire with over 300 million nev funds (which is equal to 15 dp) and 2,500+ bv.
I would like 10 dp for it (which is fair and a lower price than the value) or best offer.

ummm...DP sells in chat for around 100M...so 300M is at best about 3 DP...and $1.50 is you get DP Pool rates when you purchase your DP.
10DP on the other hand is worth approximately 1.25B, yes thats a "B" as in Billion
I could be wrong but your valuation system is a lil out of whack

Ok well I have never donated so I do not know much about DP.
I took the information from the donations page, saying that you can trade in 1 DP for 20 Million dollars. Other than that I didnt know DP was worth that much.
I guess that donations page is outdated or something.
And as for the 2500+ bv, it is 17 vehicles (1 STR-00, 14 PKR-T2s, and 2 JEP-MGs) with OK skills.
I know its not a lot, but I have no use for this empire.

No trouble Doc, just thought Id point out what I thought was obvious :P
The game values DP at a much lower exchange rate than selling it in player chat [Irc]. For example the cheapest Mech is like 3 DP, and you can buy similar Player Made Mechs for around 40M. Again the exchange rate there is off balance.
If you really want to put the 'extra' empire to good use, you have several options.
Mergers: you could spend a few DP and merge any and all of your other empires into your 'main' empire, moving all it assets into one empire for you to utilize.
Noobs: Find a noob in chat who is looking for some help, or who just got slaughtered in war. Starting over with 300M is much easier than starting out broke. When you find a player who you think is worthy, just transfer the empire pwnsership to thier login.
As for your BV, thats a relative thing. Player styles make that bv / unit lost any where from worthless to awesome. Some players swear by mechs only, others have never seen anything but Newbie Jeeps.
