Glad to hear the interest level is high in these new products.
Sadly, the armadillo hot pocket failed badly in market group testing, perhaps it was the artificial shell markings we put on the pocket itself.

All i have to say is i was talking to chet in #neveron and accidentally replaced the o in comstar with a u. Suddenly, the change, which uptil that point i could not understand why chet would do such a thing, made TOTAL sense, especially in Chet's twisted mind  .

Wow. It's been more than two years since I last posted on these forums (I think), and all I can say is....wow.
My spelling was horrible back in the day. My arguements; uninspired. Still, looking back at all of this, it's made me laugh like I was that same little kid who first wrote them. Reading through this thread has been good for a bit of nostalgia. It's also given me a chance to do one very important thing.

Sorry to disappoint you, but nobody much is beating up the Lyrans these days. I started a new Lyran faction which is very active and defends the other Lyran houses at need. A short while back an unscrupulous individual (can you say jake?) seized control of LA main and dis-banded it. Since that occurance I have helped rebuild all the Lyran factions. Now most of Nev is either allied, nap'd, or simply afraid of the consequences of hitting any of the LA factions, since it is my general policy to eliminate an entire faction for a single emp making an un-provoked hit on anyone under my protection. This seems to be a great deterent. Some people feel this is an un-fair policy, but it keeps the Lyran houses intact and allows them to re-build and research mostly un-disturbed. When I feel that they can stand on their own I will rescind this policy, but for now a hit on any Lyran empire basicly risks getting your faction killed. This, and the fact that Nev is down and/or broken more than it is up and running keeps things pretty quiet. Most of the old-timers you knew in LA, or any other faction for that matter, have given up and left nev. The old HoC/anti-HoC rivalry you once knew simply does not exist anymore. Younger smaller factions and players,(game-wise) have filled the void, and while HoC is still a power to be respected, they are no longer the defacto rulers of Nev. Most of the players don't even know about the old rivalries. I enjoy good relations with most faction leaders and expect it will remain this way as long as I remain active. From what I understand about the past, Neveron is a very different world now.
