Here's a theorized estimated components list and BV formula for my newest updated Balancer LAM:

Note: I used RPG Think Tank Life Path to design most of this unit's features. That's not cheating since Think Tank Life Path doesn't specify what can't be designed.

3.0000 small dual cockpit (conventional vehicle one extra crew member style)
3.0000 composite structure for 20 thrust
1.5000 conversion equipment
6.3334 fusion 300 XL engine
0.3000 Null Signature System
9.0000 three pairs of jet boosters
5.0000 ten jump jets
2.3125 laser with single heat sink & 1 point of standard armor (hand held), emits 12 heat, extreme range of 50, 1 damage point
0.7500 armor (12 locations including backpack)
0.5200 fuel pump & 30 points of fuel
31.7159 tonnage total of above


DEFENSIVE BATTLE RATING CALCULATION:
Total Armor Factor x 2: 13 x 2 = 26
Total Internal Structure Points is 51 now x 0.375 / 2 = 9.5625
Defensive Weapons: Heat:
0.28 tons of fuel 0.52
1 Other control area 0 25
Total BV of all Defensive Equipment 86.0825

Hinderances of Balancer LAM
Balancer LAM lacks a gyro so 86.0825 - 60 = 26.0825
Heat Sink Capacity dissipates all of 'Mech's internal heat.

At a full jet booster jumpglide of 45 with dual control area and special ability skilled evading of +18, Movement Modifier is +7 + +1 + +18 = 26.
Add +5 to Movement Modifier (.5 to Factor) for Null Signaturen = +41
Multiply by Defensive Movement Factor of 4.1 is * 26.0825* 4.1 = 106.9383

'Mech's Tonnage BV at piloting 1: 36
Offensive Weapons: Heat:
1 pulse laser at 1 damage point 50 hex range with gunnery 0: 62.5 BV

Base Weapon Battle Rating 62.5 and 12 Max Heat Points of 12
Adjust Base Weapon Battle Rating for 'Mech's Heat Efficiency
X = (Total Heat Sinks x Base Weapon Battle Rating) / Max Heat Points
(1 x 62.5) / 12 ~= 5.20834
Y = (Base Weapon Battle Rating - X) / 2 is (62.5 - 5.20834) / 2 ~= 28.64583

Modified Weapon Battle Rating = X + Y ~= 33.85417

Calculate Speed Factor
Add Running MP + Jumpgliding MP (in AirMech Mode) 12 + 60 = 72

Speed Factor (based on table or calculation) ~= 11.24
Offensive Battle Rating = Modified Battle Rating x Speed Factor
(36+33.854167) x 11.24 ~=785.1608
OFFENSIVE BATTLE RATING ~= 785.1608----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Total BV for 'Mech = Defensive BV + Offensive BV: 106.9383 + 785.1608~= 892.0991

TOTAL BATTLE VALUE FOR 'MECH ~= 893
