Who has Tac Ops?

I was going to pick up tac ops but some medical bills popped so it will have to wait. My question for those who have it deals with the dates of introduction for advanced tech. Specificaly xxl engines xlgyros composite structure the new cockpits and case 2. Thanks in advance!

This is actually a Tech Manual item and tournament legal, not a Tac Ops item. It was introduced in 3067 by Comstar.
