FACTIONS IN THE FFA

maybe make it illegal for factions to team up on people in the FREE FOR ALL. it does defeat the purpose of the free for all... maybe make a 10 real day suspension to each faction who commits such a crime. or i suppose you can change the name from FFA to FACTIONS AGAINST INDIVIDUALS... if anyone else can think of a more sarcastic name, feel free to post.

mean one i agree. the ffa was supposed to be for noobs to get there groove at learning to use units. but as always assholes are many in neveron. ive seen this trend with teams in the ffa and i stoped playing months ago. i have no advice for you.

At this point, any new ideas / suggestions are only being recorded for possible future referance...

the current state of game admins can not support developement of new ideas and concepts to be implemented into the game.

at best we can hope for maintenance of the game as is

As for possible FFA ideas...

The simulator is another option for a noob to train with various units. I have personally never found the FFA a useful tool for training for a real battle. The terrain alone makes it worthless, as it was always one huge flat field. Real battles are rarely like that.

You also usually have massive amounts of AI controlled tanks in larger scale wars...another aspect that the FFA completely ignores...and doesnt allow
practice' for...

When the pot reaches a certain size, it will attract a team of players that want to collect the prize. As long as there are prizes to be won, people will do whatever they have to to get said prize.

Possible ideas for improved FFA, make game drop random prizes into the pot, even if its just NCash. It would be nice if random prizes like TP or or UP were awarded for kills.

Another option is to have multiiple FFAs, maybe based on skill level. Maybe a noob has to enter 'Beginers' FFA, where a more advanced player could enter the 'Advanced' FFA and it requires them to pay the same fee as all other contestants, no matter what the empire level is. Again, money and prizes could be randomly awarded as above.
