Okay here is another of my upgrades of older mechs...this one I again went for the gain something for using it as well as offering more overall use out the design. This one gained speed, jump ability and better heat management. I changed out one location of a medium laser, upgraded the missiles and added a small laser. The use of endo and the XL engine allowed most of these changed to happen and I think that by countering the XL issues with CASE I have given the Spartan a better fighting profile the one in TRO3058.

I like designs that use alot of different types of weapons such as this.
I do have a few questions though, 2 about CASE...
1st, I dont see any ammo in the left half of the mech, was there a typo somewhere or did I miss something? I seems the left torso CASE is not needed...
2nd, I thought when you had a CASE'd ammo explosion it destroyed all internal structure in that location, then vented out the rear armor? So the RT CASE is simply there to make the mech salvagable after an ammo explosion, not for it to survive the actual dammage, correct?

Yes, I put the other CASE in for further variants that might want to remove the PPC and place something else in that torso.
