All,
I'm in Afghanistan and to pass the time, I was looking to create some vehicles with my spare time. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get the Vehicle Construction Forge (or other vehicle editors) to work on my system. I'm running Vista 64 and from what I understand there's no work around.
Does anyone have the vehicle construction rules out of the book scanned or programmed in to MS Excel? I'd greatly appreciate it.
