HoC Alliance is Recruiting Newbs for deployment

Hello,
I am GwB Faction leader of Kingdom of the West, My faction Accepts Noob Warriors from Noob Island or the Mainland. Recruits will recieve Training in the Art of War, Empire biulding , Economic growth , Research and Development , and Military aid in the form of cheap tanks and virtually free mechs. Recruits will also recieve weekly money transfers.
Recruits will be restricted to maintain their empires at low levels untill the Recruit shows the skill and ability to be effective. Upon demenstrating the proper skill thr Recruit will be promoted to the next level where thr recuit is expected to excell in his/her Operations and or assignments. the imposed level restrictions is designed to keep the recruit within managable range and also for their protection.
Apon showing exemplary skill and loyalty/Honor, the Recruit will be recruited further into the HoC Alliance. If the Recruit has more epires that he/she wishes to move out of the Noob area, they will move the empire into the Training faction KoW untill recruited into another HoC faction. All true Newbies are encouraged to join me in the open Afternet channel #KoW.
this thread is intended for positive development, for those with negetive comments please start another thread and post them there(ie.
