add new mechs and older mechs

alright so we want the option to make our own mechs but thing is some of those mechs would eventually become to great i mean a assault mech with 4ppc or more is crazy especially if u can get enough heatsinks so im thinking go along with older actual bt or mechwarrior designs
the uziel, mauler, bushwacker, maybe avatar, sunder maybe, there are many more, thunderhawk at a very high dp price, add maybe a clan mech maybe 2 as dp only ill let the arguement begin on if it should be in there or not or what mechs....im thinking madcat/timberwolf,and thor/summoner variants for each at high dp costs very high dp costs or not in the game at all....i would like to see two or three of these in scarce numbers at maybe 2 limit per empire lv divided by 2 so a lv 10 and lv 11 would only be able to get 5

would love to see the Bushwhacker and Sunder on Nev even at a crazy DP price for the Sunder and a Cauldron Born or Blood Asp at Rhino prices

right i mean sunder is good even if it dont match clan mechs....blood asp is flippin crazy that would be a rhino price mech....the heavy large lasers? oh my god can u say scrap heap for who eats those...lol... cauldron born would be a versitile mech i did like it.... i would like to see shadowcat as well have the mw 3 and mw4 variant...

yeah ShadowCat and perhaps the Vulture as well we need another missile support mech that doesn't have a major heat issue like the Archers and Catapults it doesn't need to be Vortex tech but a few basic modifications would make it a great support mech

most clan mechs are to powered for nev....i agree on that....thx to jl, blood asp is rhino basically, madcat is paladin basically and nemi is novacat basically... but still would like shadowcat, and even just 5 mre mechs with variants or maybe like 6 7 a few with no variants...i mean uziel is a good medium mech....vulture would get ridiculous i like them but they would if we add clan mechs we have to code for clan weapons in the game and ways to make clan weapons....so we change them into the rhino and such i guess right?

could rename it and use IS weapons for it allowing extra armor to make up for not having Clan tech weapons perhaps

ya i suggested that lol long time ago they didnt like the idea just like they think clan weapons are to big and bad lol but i mean they are right.....sometimes.... but still i like the shadowcat, with mw 4, mw 3 gauss variant, the sunder mw 3 mw 4 variant, bushwacker mw 3 mw4 variant, the bushwacker would be a good low end mech like the enforcer not expensive either....the uziel, maybe the hellspawn or owens....and maybe a lao hu? with a ppc jump variant and the ac20 jump variant?

clan and some level 2 tech is kinda like having upgrades for mechs. if you dont have them, you tend to die quicker then normal without much chance of doing any damage back. if you can get them to start another one.. or play a game that does have them.
i dont see making a 3026 mech that is based on those units, but keeping them in line with the rest.
maybe you can con the admins into allowing players to come up with a list of modifications to the standard mechs to improve their status, such as remove the medium lasers from the back of a normal archer and add 2 heat sinks. without multiple targetting, they are kinda useless there unless you cannt fire forward..
would love to see the omni mech idea go, but seriously doubt that. even with normal old tech, it would be too much coding to do without a long major beta testing of it. it would screw up alot of peoples attack plans though..

right so omni mechs are a maybe but unlikely....but my idea for uziel is not a bad idea i mean its not overly powerful its got decent armor speed weapons for mech and vehicles

Additional mechs wouldn't be needed if many of the DP only mechs were available on the market and at a decent price. There are too many good mechs that are unavailable unless you have the DP to buy them. All the level one mechs should be able to be purchased on the market. The mechs that are commonly available now are mostly garbage. I believe there are several new mechs that are level one and not in Neveron, those can certainly be added.

right but still id like some of the fan fav from mechwarrior or battletech to be put in like uziel its a nasty bugger honestly....and i agree most dp only mechs shouldnt even need to be dp and most mechs on market suck even with swarm or good pilot and where is the gauss version of the riflemen

In general it is my opinion that lvl 2 tech is bad for Neveron. If we want the lvl 2 tech (GR for example) we need to start revamping the whole system. Thats just sounds bad to me. I am for getting some different mechs in, but leave the lvl 2 out.

i was just saying cuzz i have a pewter riflemen and seen it had a gauss variant is all lol but ya lv 2 is not good at the moment but we do need more mechs still say uziel is a good choice

i can agree to that to buc bugs and things like that but honestly players are goin to want something to keep their minds off the bugs as much as possible like a new mech its mor ecrowd pleaser while the things that need to be done get done you know what i mean? i mean the uziel ppc version is perfect for nev
