Quick Start formula

Hello all. First time posting, but I have played since the early 80's. I had a question about the new Quick Start rules. Anyone know the formula used to get the
1) Armor
2) Damage
3) Overheat Rating

What about Infantry stats?
Any help would be great!

Are you looking at the Quick START or Quick STRIKE rules?

The Quick STRIKE unit cards are meant for the Battle Force rules, not the conventional BattleTech rules in use since the 1980s. The current Battle Force rules are found in the core book Strategic Operations.

If you want ye olde 'mech-on-'mech action, look to the Total Warfare and Tech Manual books, not Battle Force (which is meant for large unit actions.)
