As a part time contributer to Sarna, I am pleased to announce the creation of Netbattletech Classic version 3.0! Some of you may remember the older versions of this league.

What is Netbattletech you ask? It's a gaming league based on the Battletech tabletop game. Using the medium of Megamek as a way to play online, Classic provides a way for players to become fully involved in the Battletech universe. We have a fully functional automation that tracks the movement of jumpships, mechs/vehicles/BA, industry, factories and battles just to name a few features.
Set in 3075, command the vast armies of a House Lord, or join the ranks of the Word of Blake and strive to cleanse the Inner Sphere. There are over 40 different factions to command or join.
Membership is completely free. Right now the league is pending to start provided we can find a team to play the Lyran Alliance and Draconis Combine. Both teams have really powerful units and are essential to the game universe. We're always looking for more players to join factions and learn the ropes of the game. If you have some friends you want to group with and take either of those houses, we'd really appreciate it.
We have even set up a training area in the league for new players to learn the Automation, how to play Battletech, or both.
As of right now, the main forums are down due to a bot attack, but I have created a backup forum you can register at, introduce yourself and state what unit you're interested in.
