If you want to keep costs down I would have gone with Endo Steel and not Ferro-Fibrous armor.
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.

Yes, quite right, Endosteel is cheaper. That surprised me when I noticed it. I had assumed the cost of an orbital factory for making endo would have been greater then a terrestrial factory for Ferro, thus driving the price of endosteel up. Anyway, its Light Ferro-Fibrous; there isn't enough critical space for Endosteel.
