For a TRO called primitive wars Code:
Kagaroth
Mass: 35 tons Tech Base: Inner Sphere (Primitive) Chassis Config: Biped Omnimech Rules Level: Era Specific Era: All Eras (non-canon) Tech Rating/Era Availability: D/E-X-F Production Year: 2038 Cost: 2,201,400 C-Bills Battle Value: 468
Chassis: Hyundai Type 09 Primitive Structure Power Plant: Skoda Gustav 33 170 Primitive Fusion Engine Walking Speed: 43.2 km/h Maximum Speed: 64.8 km/h Jump Jets: None Jump Capacity: 0 meters Armor: Chobraham Genartion 9 Primitive w/ CASE Armament: 8.0 tons of pod space. Manufacturer: Maxis&co. PMC Primary Factory: Victoria,Australia Communications System: BAE Systems C-80(M2) Targeting and Tracking System: Norththrope Grumann Seeker 08
Overview: Mostly Described as a 'omni-mech ahead of it's time'. The [i]kagaroth[/i] was essentially a older, more primitive version of the Clan Jade Falcon's Cougar Omni-mech. Orginally went into mass production 2038 Using primitive technologies and a more cheaper variation of the clans Omni-tech. It was also half the scale of the average mech of it's weight. It's armour was packed ontop of eachother in layers. Due to it's small overall projection area it was in actuallity very rugged and very reliable and reasonably cheap to produce. It is one of the oldest Pre-Age of War mechs of it's time.
Capabilities: Being a omni-mech the kagaroth had the intiiate capability of high modularbility meaning it could take on a variety of roles for the era. It was deigned to be asthetically small and easy to transport from point A to point B. Being approximately half to three qaurters smaller than the younger, more modern clan cougar omni-mech, it could still hold it's own within similar roles though it may not have been able to take the same ammount of armour and firepower as the modern clan equivilant it was a fairly versitile and economic for it's size and weight. It carried 8 tons of modular 'slot' based pod space to save on costs to allow all of the weapon to be installed as is. though it lacked the myomer technologies of the mackie it supplimented this with more cheaper hydraulics.
Battle History: Nothing is known about the history of this mech at this time.
Deployment: little is known about the kagaroth's true role. Although it has been seen in multiple different roles ranging from light firesupport to geneal footsoldier. Aside from this nothing is known about it.
Variants: Kagaroth Prime
The Kagaroth Prime conifg used A similar Loadout to the Courgar Prime with the exeption is that the kagaroth used prototpye mediu lasers provided by Iashmash and also had a pair of H&K Fasttrack LRM 5 Racks with two tons of ammunition. This config was mainly used by the warrior wolf division based in Brazil. (BV:685)
Kagaroth Alt.A
The Alpha Config had a compleatly new loadout altogether. utilizing a pair of pimitive estuqe wolf M-9A Magshot gauss rifles. Argentinian Army experimental prototype medium pulse lasers backed up by a pair of Toyota Catagory 12 Prototype small lasers for close range work. This Config was used by the screeaching mantis division of the PMC based in the EU.(BV:633)
Kagaroth Alt.B
The Beta Config was similar to the Alpha config in some respects with the exception ithad replaced one of it's Magshots with a Magpul Multi missle launcher 3 with Two tons of ammunition one of each range catagory one tone of LRM as well as a one ton of SRM ammunition makes with configureation versitile at the same time as replacing the prototype medium lasers with ER variation of them. likewise of being backes up by a pair of ER small lasers all made by Ishmash. as this cinfguration was intanded to be sued by the russian special veihcle combat divisions within the GRU Special forces as well as for the Creeping Ocelot Division of Maxis Inc's PMC also based in russia.(BV:687)
Kagaroth Alt.C
The Charlie Config was designed for the indian based king cobra division due to thier tendencies of being sent into battles as near meele range thier average engament distances were 200 to 450 meters. The config came accompanied by a pair of mexican army SRM-2's and a quartet of Lee enfield medium lasers this config proved very effective within it's range brackets.(BV:716)
Kagaroth Alt.D
The Delta Config was designed to be a general purpose mid to close attacker for hit and run raids. It was equiped with a single Misubushi MRM-10 with one tone of ammo, A Sabaru Magshot gauss rifle for mid ranged work. A Pair of Deawoo ER Medium lasers and a UN ISAF Spec ER Small laser for mid to close range work. This was used by all Divisions of the Maxis&co. PMC.(BV:697)
Kagaroth Alt.E
The Epsilon Config was a compleate overhull of the prime config. Which carries a Pair of H&K LRM 5 Racks and Replaces the Ishmash prototype medium lasers with the more loanger ranged BAE Systems's ER medium lasers. this was also used by all of the Divisions of the Maxis&co. PMC.(BV:721)
Kagaroth Alt.F
The Foxstrot was as with the Alt.C to be a close range in city fighter. It was used by the outer heaven division based in Sweden. If I remember right, the first mechs where not built until like 28th century? Your mech is way off cannon.
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.
I was a Major *pain* before
But I got a promotion.
I am now a General *pain*
Yay for promotions!!!

Well, BattleMechs were invented in the 25th Century, but you've got a point. The Age of War started in 2398. The Terran Hegemony invented the first BattleMech, the Mackie, testing it in 2439 and putting it on the battlefield in 2443. There is no such thing as a pre-Age of War BattleMech in canon.
Now, WorkMechs are nebulously described as "about a century older" than BattleMechs, which pushes their origins to about 2350 (probably coming after the Hegemony's 2350 Project Musclebound under Dr. Atlas radically improved the myomer.) However, they were in no way "BattleMechs," which are built to and fight to different rules than WorkMechs, and is only about 40-50 years before the Age of War began.
Further (if this is what you meant) OmniMechs were only invented by the Clans in 2854, more than 400 years after the first BattleMech and 450 years after the Age of War began.
Of course, the fluff of this design might represent an alternate history. I've certainly written up settings where BattleMechs were invented by the 2000s.

I was not talking of omnimechs I was talking of battlemechs. My date was way off but I was just guessing of when the first canon battlemechs where first built.

your right in the fluff side of things but I should notify everyone that this is a testbed for the boardgame I am working on which is Front mission, CBT inspired called 'Ocean storm'. There are similarities with CBT and there a few Major differences between them. I'll list the differences here.
- Ocean storm Lacks CBT's myomer and wonder materials.
- They were working on mechs since the late 1800s but never got them to practically work until the mid 1900s Omni's came out about the early 2000s.
- All of their weapons systems are more bulkier than their CBT equivalents(E.g a Med Las in Ocean storm would be two crits whilst a CBT MD LAS only takes one.
- Each of the three Major factions Have their own strengths and weaknesses both militarily and economically.(E.g a KLF ER Med Laser would weight 0.5 tons and do 7 points of damage but would not stand up to as much punishment as NHG or DCI Equivalents)
- Their mechs are much more scaled down in comparison to CBT's conventional mechs as the average height of a Ocean storm mech's average height is 3 to 6.5 meters in height.
And those are the major differences between CBT and Ocean storm.

Ah, I suspected it might be an alternate history.
PS: nice use of bulleted lists.
